Seems to be quality stuff.

One of the best on the market.
I have been using big-store sealants most of my life, which is a long time, and always had to redo the outdoor jobs every 6-8 years due to shrinkage or cracking. I switched to this brand and you can really tell the difference. This is most likely what a quality contractor uses.
