It does the job
Nothing to dislike, it does what it suppose to do. My recycled bin, it's not full to the brim. So Happy with my purchase thank you.

Works. Cheap and cheerful
A cheap and cheerful product that does what is needed. It isn’t particularly high quality but it doesn’t really need to be.It’s not a very smooth action, but if you put a little grease on it is all good.

Good can crusher
Wish I had bought this before to use after Christmas when it felt like I had thousands of cans to recycle! We have it fitted to the garage wall and with a simple but firm pull down of the handle, the cans are crushed to a fraction of the size. Useful little gadget.

Great
Easy to smash, and means more room in recycling bin.

Buenos materiales.
Buenos materiales. Solo vale para latas habituales, las alargadas no entran, podrían hacer un modelo más universal???

Family fighting over who gets to crush cans
Once installed, it's super easy to crush cans. And FUN too. Our family has to take turns using this crusher because we all love it so much. I thought my wife wouldn't be able to use it, but even my 5 yr old grandson can do it.

Long review but helpful information
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this to reduce the size of the cans in our recycling container since we are on an every-other week pickup schedule. I opted for the 12 oz. size because we only buy 12 oz soda or sparkling water cans - I don't drink beer from cans and rarely have to worry about over-sized cans. Before purchasing, I disappointingly noticed the vast majority of manual crushers have the same exact look, functionality and construction, so I honestly picked this brand for no reason other than price. I'll provide my experience and hopefully give a feel for how it works and the best way to make use of it. Before crushing, it's best to SLIGHTLY dent each side of the can using light hand pressure (a slight squeeze with your thumb and finger on each side, using only enough pressure to cause 2 small dents). I noticed that over-crushing results in an non-uniform and deformed crush. Not denting it at all will actually work, but will put additional stress on the crusher. Like most things in life, moderation and logistics are key. Trust me, the slightly-dented method works best. If you follow these suggestions, this should last for a long while. If you're an impatient neanderthal, you will destroy this thing after a short time. Check out my video to watch the method that works best. Additional suggestion...When you unpack the unit, immediately throw-out the screws provided. They're cheap and the heads strip easy. No matter what, you need to mount this to a stud. A lot of pressure is put on this when crushing a can. Don't even try using wallboard anchors or toggle bolts. Do it right! Pick up a small pack of 1-3/4 inch #10 construction screws from a big box or hardware store (about $2) - You can use shorter screws if you're installing it directly to exposed studs, a fence post, etc, without sheetrock. I mounted mine on a wall in my garage above my recycling container, into a stud (a MUST) and only needed 2 screws. It's not going anywhere. Make sure your location provides full range of motion (handle straight-up and nearly 180 degrees underneath it after crushing). By the way, this is an unsightly utilitarian device - I don't know who would even think to mount this in a kitchen, but I've read a few reviews that did and can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. A garage or an outside covered area near your recycling container seems to be the typical locations. As far as the rating, while it works sufficiently I wish the side pieces of the handle were a heavier gauge steel. If you don't pre-dent the cans and don't pull the handle down straight, I can definitely see how people have bent the rails and practically mangled the thing. But again, putting in a small amount of thought and not being animalistic with products usually allows them to serve their purpose and last longer. Again, pull it down straight! I'm a big believer in using things as they're designed and intended for. People are complaining it bent after attempting to crush heavier-grade fruit or vegetable cans, soup cans, etc. It's not meant for that - only use it for the typical light-weight aluminum soda, beer or other beverage cans. Lastly, I noticed some reviews mentioning the handle doesn't stay in the upright position - mine actually does. UPDATE: It's been over a year and it is still working fine (at least 1, sometimes 2, 3 or more cans a day). NOTE: I purchased this item on Amazon for full price and have no affiliation to the seller. I try to write helpful, unbiased and insightful reviews because I also read reviews prior to making my own buying decisions. I notice many reviews lack helpful information, are not well written or give poor reviews based on not reading directions, inexperience or failing to read the product details prior to purchasing. Writing valuable reviews helps pay it forward.

Good for the price
Pros: it mounts easily and it crushes cans. I can't complain about anything it was designed to do.Con: the top panel (crushing plate) doesn't sit flat so when you raise the handle, it tilts back and scrapes into itself. Not a huge problem right now, I don't know what it means for the longevity of the device.

It works.
The handle Could be a bit stronger. But works fine. We'll see how it holds up.
