Does provide a long jolt of energy, I am experiencing some stomach problems and taste is awful. I take with Maca Root, apple cider and cold water. Haven't tried in a shake or juicing yet.

Not what I expected.
Horrible tasting, powder is too dense, put it in anything and it will clump up. Hard to get it down smoothly. Maybe others have found the perfect mix for it. I didn't.
