This is the best high protein bar I have ever had. I was expecting an after taste, because I have hypersensitivity taste bud and smell. I would buy this protein bar again and again....

Great snack or breakfast for hypoglycemic people
First off, excellent crispy/creamy texture, good mouth feel, and a pleasant fresh strawberry flavor. Not overly sweet. Could probably stand a touch more vanilla flavoring, but not a deal breaker to me. More importantly to me, this bar handles my hunger for 3 to 4 hours without crashing my blood sugar levels. If I eat refined carbs in the morning, I experience rapid blood sugar spikes and crashes (lows) and that isn't good. These bars are an excellent substitute for muffins or toast or whatever you normally munch on in the morning. I have this with a cup of coffee and unsweetened French vanilla creamer for a very satisfying and long-lasting breakfast. It's also good, alternatively, as a late afternoon snack. Plenty of protein, some fat, and very little sugar. It's not exactly a whole food, but it's a definite improvement over Pop Tarts!

Did I Find The Perfect Protein Bar?
Have been trough quite a few breakfast protein bars....mostly chocolate/peanut butter. Lately though those have been a bit rough on my stomach. Tried these Strawberry Power Crunch and love them. Light, crispy and compared to others a good value for the money. Will definitely be ordering them again!

Is it possible to find decadence in a protein bar? Yes. Yes it is.
These are SO good. Sweet. Crispy. And the perfect mid-day snack, or something at night in place of desert. The smores flavor was delish. But the strawberry one - tastes like strawberry Quick. Hard to find in stores. Now all I have to do is hide these from my husband!
