This device is unexpectedly of very high quality. Really a great value for the price. Solid all around.

It didn't open wide enough for my purposes (my mistake for not measuring correctly in the first place), so I cut the mounting bracket in half, added a spacer using a piece of aluminum bar I had laying around, and I drilled a couple of holes in the aluminum part, and screwed it in to a couple of existing (metric) threaded holes. It worked perfectly. The arm is quite stiff, which is what you want for such a device, and it holds my old microphone well. Would buy again.

Overall build quality of this kit is good - nice, heavy metal, and well finished. The mounting bracket works well, but it's large enough that I've found I want to position it to the side of my desk to keep my knees from smacking it. For that reason, I could have used a few more inches on the boom to help with positioning. The boom itself is sturdy -- stiff, in fact. The only bit that's been tricky to work around are the connections of the boom to base and mic to boom. Since there's no swivel built in, these connections are either tight or loose, so any position adjustments that include swiveling at these connections can be challenging. Overall, a good-quality product at this price.

Someone recommended this to me because my desk frame bar under the desk is very big and I told them I could find a mic arm that could go over that and the lip of the desk isn’t big either so it can’t clamp on that. So I was recommended this as they sent the clamp space was pretty big as they had similar needs with their desk. Long story short it still wasn’t big enough but I’m beginning to think that my desk is a bit out of the norm. The arm also isn’t super long so I couldn’t clamp it to the desk leg. So I wound up having to clamp it to my monitor risers. Other than the clamp size, the arm itself is very stiff almost to the point where it can be hard to position but that is good as that means it won’t be dropping or falling down. Overall it is a good arm just not great for me specifically. As long as you can ensure it will fit your desk then I would recommend.

This is the perfect microphone stand that works well with Zeal microphones and other mics too. I have it attached to my wooden desk and it is easily adjustable. It it very useful when I broadcast my podcasts. I can easily move it out of the way when necessary. It is professional quality. I recommend.

Perfect fit with our portable podium. Adaptable to every spot of podium. Clamp required a little more stability when using soft or playable surface. This was resolved by using some shims. The neck is very stiff, but after twisting n bending with a little WD40 it was easily flexed into position.

I needed to mount my razer sieren mini mic without attaching a crane to my desk to do so. This its extremely well made fitted the mic perfectly and has no issue holding the weight of the mic. Really low profile too for a more minimalist setup

Gooseneck is strong. I was concerned seeing it thinner than I expected but seems stronger than my mic stand. This will be for recording and mostly to clip to drum kit for drummer to sing into. Seems like it can handle some weight

Good item + Good price

There was a small problem to screw the holder. But when I contact the manufacturer , they were so happy to replace it. Even they sent two additional stands. So I am very happy with their customer care support. Therefore, I 100% recommend the item.

Quite a good product, but not as flexible as I thought it would be.
