Narwhal Buckle Pillow, Sensory Fine Motor Toy for Kids and OT Therapy

I purchased this for my 7 month old because she loves snaps and zippers. The narwhal is perfect because it's plush and she can grip it, unlike the flat activity boards. The only downfall is that the horn on the narwhal keeps unthreading and coming loose (I've ordered two and it's happened both times). It's hazardous to young kids because the horn could come off or fluff could come out and they could choke on it.I haven't found anything else like it though and my daughter loves it, so I think I'll remove the horn and put a patch over the opening.

I'm an autistic adult with poor fine motor skills, this makes a great fidget toy and helps me practice using my hands. Adorable and good quality.

My son likes it so much he even sleeps with it. It's very dysgenic and helps him develop fine motor skills.

Let me begin by saying that my almost two year old barely plays with this toy other than to throw, BUT hear me out-I honestly don’t even know where to start with this thing. If you’re anything like me, then you are a minimalist-ish parent who seeks (thrives, lives for, dies for) multifunctional items. In other words, you appreciate beautiful & more importantly, USEFUL things.This narwhal is STINKIN’ cute & I’m sure it’ll grow with my kid. I’ve read a negative review or two on this item stating that it was too difficult for their child... I see that as a yay-I-don’t-have-to-buy-another-wretched-toy-yet situation!I confess that I did kind of buy it for me at this point; in these uncertain times it works great as a fidget toy.The cute narwhal has buttons, buckles, zippers, and different clasps and loops, and not to mention my favorite- a mini marble maze! By the way, I also love that it’s a narwhal, its pretty unique compared to most animals aimed at children (think barn and other domestic critters)I don’t think I have to say much more of this toy other than I’m pretty sure you can hand wash it when the inevitable happens. :)

I should have read the dimensions. I expected this narwhal to be a few inches longer than it is. With that said, not too small for the 1yr old I bought it for. Obvi she's a little young for it, but she loves all stuffies and it will be loved from the moment I give it to her til well after she figures out all the zippers, clips, and snaps. It's cute, soft, and looks exactly like the pictures (although again I fault myself for not reading the dimensions and expecting a toy longer than 7ish inches)
