Why are these so expensive? There are  other stainless for around $15 as well.

2.This set includes 7 piece cups, 7 piece spoons and 1 piece conversion chart, so it will be more expensive than 12 piece set or 10 piece set.
3.It's sturdy, not easy to bend and anti-rust. Quality product can last for a long time.

How thick is the stainless steel?

The thickness of the handle and the body is about 1.5 mm, the thickness can load wet/liquid and dry ingredients or food. They are durable and can last for a long time.

Do they work on a magnetic strip

Only the 13pcs magnetic meausring cup set can work on a magnetic strip. The 15pcs set and 7pcs set cannot work on a magnetic strip.
