Work great and so much cheaper than we've found in any store!

No more blue crud!
For 20 years I used the kind of filters the original owners had used when we bought the house - those string-wound, 5- micron filters. I figured they were fine, our well water tasted good, no complaints except that we constantly got a build up of some kind of blueish sediment in the shower. When the store ran out of them about a year ago, I tried these. Not only a great price, but the 1-micron filtering totally eliminated the blue crud buildup in the showers. Excellent.

Excellent filtration!
Excellent filtration. Had over 250ppm (parts per million) sediment (from municipal water) after using this filter it is under 60ppm sediment! A drastic, and welcomed reduction! And yes, I used a tester to verify!
