Easy healthy meal
I’m particularly fussy when it comes to meal replacement shakes. I am happy with this one. I mix it with frozen bananas and almond milk. Tastes like dessert to me!! I also know Garden of Life is a good company and I trust their product.

It Really Tastes Good
My doctor recommended I try this to get more protein since I do not eat meat. I usually don't like these protein drink mixes; however, this brand and flavor is really good, just protein and greens - I ordered the slightly sweet. It is not gritty like some others, mixes easily, is very filling and has a nice mild flavor. Since it contains a small amount of sugar, it lacks that horrible chemical taste you get from sugar substitutes. I plan to continue using this because I actually like it!

No artificial sweetener or stevia
A good protien mix without artificial sweeteners or stevia, very difficult to find. Great for travel or on the go. I use only 1/2 pac and mix with 3 oz of greek yougart, almond milk and 1/2 banana, frozen strawberry , makes a very creamy smoothly with the help of vitamix also good if you add peanut butter. If you do not mix with banana or yougart may be gritty.
