What size & length Allen wrench will work in removing the weight that’s in the pool cue?

so what is the actual size of this shaft??? Amazon says 12.3mm when i scroll down on the ad it says 12.6 - 12.8mm i prefer a 12.3 or less!!

My dear, this shaft tip is around 12.5mm, the early batches were 12.3mm or smaller, and now they are all 12.5mm
