I have been using this for less than a week now, maybe 3-4 days? And I feel better. Hot flashes subsided, and this was after one tablet only a day taken in the morning with food. I will start taking two tablets per day (like it says on the bottle) and look forward to feeling better. I really like the Solgar brand so was relieved that they offered this and am extremely happy with my purchase, definitely feeling better. Great product and will stick with this. Highly recommend. Gives me energy

I've taken them for three weeks now. I'm not seeing any breast increase, but that is NOT why I ordered them. I'm in peri-menopause and HATING IT. the mood swings, the irregular and sometimes horrendous periods, dry or mixed problem skin, brittle nails, thinner hair, etc. This stuff helps!!! The mood is more calm and even. The one period I had was on the light side... especially compared to the last 2-3 and I can REALLY tell there is an improvement with my skin and nails!!! It's worth every penny... I'm going to stay on them for a few months and see how it goes. Hopefully I'll remember to post a follow up review.

I take my second tablet in the mid afternoon as it seems to boost energy. This herb is used a lot in Chinese medicine by men and women and studies claim health benefits way into old age.

excellent product helps with vaginal dryness improves skin and hair i love it because its one of the few mirifica available in low dose and in pill form which can easily be cut if a smaller dose is desired for very old women which my mom does i wish they would eliminate the added vitamins i already take a multi vitamin and the last thing i need is more B complex,overall mirifica works better than pharmaceutical estrogens and has more cosmetic perks. I have tried every brand of Mirifica out there totally obsessed with this stuff and the Solgar brand seems tobe the most superior, it puts out more skin and hair moisturing benefit and the price is very low compared to other brands.

I started this product with the recommendation of Dr. Christianne Northrup in her book The Wisdom of Menopause and I'm so glad that I did. I've been taking this tablet for about 4mos now and most of my hot flashes have subsided. They were getting more frequent and interfering with my sleep after taking this for a month I saw a reduction in them and was sleeping better. Now I'd say I might have one or two a day if that and there just a warm sensation, sometimes I'm not sure if it's a true hot flash or that it's just hot! I would highly recommend this product for anyone to try.
