Tolles kleines Buch voller klasse Zeichnungen
Ich hatte einige Erwartungen an das Buch aufgrund der Beschreibung, der hier bereitgestellten Auszüge und einiger internationaler Bewertungen - und die wurden erfüllt.Da ich einige Bücher der Aircraft of the Aces und Combat Aircraft-Serien von Osprey Publishing besitze, war mein Anspruch hoch und der Vergleichsmaßstab vorhanden.Das Buch braucht sich hinter diesen nicht zu verstecken. Der Ansatz ist natürlich anders, da mehrere Typen in einem Buch behandelt werden.Die Zeichnungen sind von gleicher Qualität wie bei Osprey, insgesamt gibt es laut Umschlag 110. Fünf Typen sind groß über 2 Seiten abgebildet: Bf 109E-4, Fw 190F-2, Bf 110c-4/B, Me163B-1 und Me262A-1. Der Text ist kompakt mit einer technischen Tabelle bei jedem Typ. Die (wenigen) Fotos sind von guter Qualität. Ein Farbfoto einer von den USA erbeuteten Me410 gibt es auch.Fazit: klare Empfehlung für Interessierte, Enthusiasten und Modellbauer.Habe andere Bücher der Reihe im Blick und hoffe auf denselben Standard.P.S. Das Buch kommt mit Schutzumschlag. Der war bei meinem Exemplar vorne rechts oben etwas eingerissen. Aber das lässt sich beheben.
