Is this collar already interlocked as shown in the picture?

Yes it comes interlocked. It is large enough, however, to easily slip over the head. I have a small female German Shepherd who weighs 64 pounds.

The collar has a nice shine to it but not as bright as some chrome. Even after much wear, it looks good. No discoloration.

Can this be used at the same time dog is wearing e-collar? Will metal act as a conductor if it touches the receiver prongs on the e-collar?
