Great Tasting, Simple Ingredients
I have been using these for about 3 years now since I heard a recommendation from that Eric Roberts fitness influencer in one of his podcasts. I like the simplicity of the ingredients and lack of added sugar as compared to something like liquid iv. Watermelon is my favorite flavor by far, I did not prefer the lime or lemon. I like using them for pre workout or the next morning after a few drinks the night before.I would recommend mixing the entire pack in 8-10oz of water, as mixing in a full 16oz water bottle seems to dilute the flavor too much for me.

Great flavor, ingredients you can trust
I’ve purchased five different flavors of Cure packets now, and they are all delicious and fresh tasting. Not only that, but they do the job of rehydrating me with ingredients I can trust (and pronounce), like coconut water and Himalayan pink sea salt. I will stick with this brand, not just for recovery but for daily hydration.

These taste so much better then others that I have tried like the liquid IV and Salude. This tastes like real lemonade and it's not sweet or tastes like chemicals. Defiantly worth getting more! I even got my friends hooked on them.

Great hydration product
I love Cure Hydration. The flavors are very good and it is not too sweet. I drink it everyday to stay hydrated and prevent muscle cramps. The single serve package is very convenient and easy to bring anywhere.

Small stick size, not worth the price
I've tried many different brands of electrolyte powders, but I don't think this one's worth the price. The sticks contain a pretty small amount, twice as less as another brand that I like, and the price is almost the same. The flavor is good, I just have to add 2 sticks per 1 water bottle. They use stevia instead of cane sugar, which is good if you care about sugar intake. Wish they had some variation with zinc and vitamin C added to these packets for immune support.

flavoring was great, it did what I needed it to do. I can't drink just plain water but with this i was able to drink it and it was delicious
