Por fin un artículo es perfecto 100%, se nota la calidad , tenía uno igual de más de 7 años, corta todo como la mantequilla, lo uso muchísimo todos los días, verdura,pan, pescado,carne, puede con todo y le da mil vueltas a los de filo liso,0 mantenimiento, los de filo liso hay que estar manteniendo el filo cada 4 días, estos después de 7 años de corte diario siguen cortando muy bien, y por el precio que tienen es estupendo, una vez más Victorinox es calidad,
