Excellent buy!
I cannot rave about this party tent enough! The set up was super easy with 4 of us but would not be hard if only assembled by two people. The thickness of the cover was as expected, good but not super thin. We live in an area where the winds can be a problem. We experienced 15 mph winds and rain the day of our party and with extra rebar stakes and weighted bags, this tent did NOT move! Not one leak or tear.. I was so impressed! I was not impressed with the delivery but the seller has nothing to do with that. I have recommended this tent to guests, and will continue to recommend it!

Great tent, awesome customer service
We love this tent! We live in Florida where we get lots of sun and at times a good bit of wind. We bought this 20x20 tent for a party in June when we needed extra shade. The tent was easy to assemble, but it does require help. My husband and I assembled most of it and just needed a third person to help lift it up into place at the end. We enjoyed it for a month and it held up through several mild afternoon thunderstorms with light to moderate wind. After that we had an unexpected strong wind storm pop up which caused the tent to collapse. I reached out to Quictent through both email and phone message and was very impressed that they contacted me within 24 hours. I talked to Mya who was very professional and helpful. She was able to quickly identify the parts that got damaged in the wind and for a very reasonable and minimal fee she shipped replacement parts to us. We are thrilled with the customer service that Quictent provides. Now we can continue to use the tent for future events. I will say that we won’t leave the tent up as long as we did last time, and will watch the weather for any heavy wind storms. Throughout the whole process Mya was in contact with me. Quictent is a company you can trust; they stand behind their products and want to make their customers happy. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company if you are looking for a party tent.

Just as advertised.
I bought this to use at my restaurant. Worked great, was able to hang lights from it. It went up easy, was strong no problems with wind and the zip down sides were perfect.

A great tent and a nice price.
We needed a tent for a large "flea market" type of selling event. I wanted something that was bigger than the standard 10'x10' pop up tent and this 13'x26' looked seemed to be just right - big enough, but not too big. It arrive super fast. We weren't quite sure how to start setting it up, but it turned out to be almost intuitive. The instructions are easy to follow and the way it is designed makes it pretty hard to mess up. The support poles and fittings snap together easily. With a couple of step ladders the whole thing goes up quickly with a couple of people. I am very happy with this tent. The quality seems to be solid and it should last for many, many events. I think anyone who buys this Quictent will be very satisfied with it.

DANGER TO YOUR BUSINESS! Catastrophic Structural Failure & Unusable Scrap Metal
Do NOT trust this company, and do NOT buy this tent if you care about the safety of your business, your crew, or your customers. I previously pointed out structural flaws in this design, and my exact suspicions were proven right when the tent failed catastrophically, buckling in the exact manner I anticipated. This isn’t just a defective item; it is an absolute safety hazard and a heap of scrap metal. It is clear and obvious why this manufacturer rolled out a newer model—they know this version is inherently flawed and dangerous. I refuse to put lives or my business liability at risk using their faulty products. To make matters worse, their customer service is incredibly irresponsible and unprofessional. I sent them undeniable photographic evidence of the failure via email, which was successfully uploaded and received. Yet, the moment I demanded a full refund, they suddenly started playing games on the Amazon platform, claiming they "didn't receive the pictures." Since they want to play dumb in private messages to avoid giving me my money back, I am posting the pictures publicly right here for everyone to see. I rejected their cheap offer of "replacement parts" because you cannot patch a fundamentally dangerous design. I am demanding an immediate full refund. If you are running a professional operation, stay far away from this vendor. They care more about dodging refunds than product liability, and it’s a miracle they haven't been sued yet. Pros: None. Cons: Dangerous structural failure, dishonest customer service, total waste of money.

Awesome for family events
We’ve been extremely happy with this party tent! The quality is excellent—it’s sturdy, durable, and after using it over 10 times it still looks as good as new. It’s definitely built to last. The only downside is that setup can be a little tedious since there’s a lot of hardware involved, but once it’s up, it’s solid and does the job perfectly. When we first ordered, we had a very close deadline because we needed the tent for a party. Unfortunately, a few parts were missing in the initial shipment, but the company was absolutely awesome to deal with. They quickly understood our situation and expedited the missing pieces so we had everything in time. Their customer service was fast, friendly, and very helpful. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with this tent—it’s great quality, has held up beautifully, and the company really stands behind their product. Highly recommend

QuicTent Exceeded My Expectations in Shipping Speed, Product Quality, and Customer Service
QuicTent exceeded my expectations in shipping speed, product quality, and customer service. The tent was received just 4 days after ordering! The next day I began my trial assembly of the tent in my backyard (By myself!). If you have 3-4 helpers, all of below will go much-much quicker. SAVE THE LARGER BOX THAT HOLDS THE FABRIC TENT MATERIAL and the reinforcing cardboard pieces from the connector box. I found it was a better option for storing the metal connectors than the provided bag. I was able to assemble the entire roof assembly alone, including putting the tent roof over the assembly and bunging it in position. It took the help of my wife and adult son to get the tent up on it’s legs. All helpers MUST work in unison when raising or lowering the tent, slow and steady wins the race. Installing the ground bars also took additional help. Putting on the individual side pieces and ends can also be done by a single person. Tent was completed in two days, about 3.5 hours per day. I did take my time, and took notes during this initial assembly. Disassembly was a similar experience. I took the side panels down and stacked them in sets of 5, folded in half, then in half again the other way. I don’t remember the last folds, but they fit the provided bag. I folded the ends in half, side to side, then folded the peak at one end towards the middle creating a long rectangle. Fold the rectangle in half and in half again, creating a long rectangle. Start at one end of the rectangle and fold so that it will fit into the provided bag. This is where I needed my team of 3 to help removing the ground bars and then lowering the tent roof to the ground. I then folded/rolled the roof material (keeping the interior side off the ground) from one side to the other to get it out of the way. Roof disassembly went quickly (15 minutes max). With the poles out of the way, we spread out the roof (exterior side down). Folded in half, long sides towards each other. Folded in half again, long sides again. Then folded in thirds, long sides again. Then started from one end and folded to fit in the provided bag (yes, it will fit if folded properly). Getting the roof in the bag will take two adults sitting on the tent material to compress it. I was amazed how it all fit in that bag. To help with next assembly, I spray painted the “tips” of the 4 different pole types different colors (from the button to the end so paint won’t be visible on assembled tent). All of the poles fit in the other three bags (they will be heavy). As for customer service QuicTent can’t be beat. Communication is strictly by eMail, but they are the most responsive of any company I’ve delt with. While product and parts are warehoused in the USA, customer service is provided overseas. They read and respond within less than 24 hours, but during our night hours. You can converse more quickly if you are up after midnight . I needed to replace some small parts (lost) and they had them shipped (no cost) within 24 hours from USA based warehouse. AWESOME!

Excellent
20x13 perfect size. Great quality, easy to build, easy to disassemble. Can build with one but two easier. The bag to store the posts is extremely heavy and the tarps have to be stored separate in my experience. We had some wind but without the side walls on that was no issue. The posts alone will allow us to keep and reuse this tent for years to come. Great buy and find!

Amazing Customer Service
I purchased this recently for entertaining in the garden after UK lock down easing. Delivered very quickly, all parts present and correct, and no problem to assemble with two persons. Covers are a bit of a snug fit, but OK with a bit of massaging. I also bought sandbags to weight down the legs. After 3 days up, a strong wind overnight moved it, and resulted in some damage to poles / canvas. I contacted the Manufacturer to inquire about purchasing replacement parts, and they sent to me immediately, free of charge. Amazing service - I have never seen this before. Many thanks to "Yummy" - very nice to find a supplier that really cares after they have made the sale !

Don’t waste your money
The canvas didn’t fit correctly over the frame... We had to buy stronger tent pegs, as only normal flimsy tent pegs were provided fora marquee that size.. One gust of strong wind and the tent blow over and buckled. Waste of money ..will not buy from here again

side pannels
l brought this marquee but l am not impressed with the fixing of the sides its just a bit of cheap valcro which is not adequate it comes undone hence the sidewalls flap about in the slightest breeze there is only four per side which leave gaps for the rain to come in, what it needs is eyeleted down the sides as it has on the top . then you would have a good product , l have rated this product only2 because of the side fixing plus l was 20 elastic fixings short, they gave me my money back and told me to dispose of the tent. what is good is the framing and the roof covering , bad points side panels if it rain at any point you will most likely have water coming in from all sides down the walls also the stitching of the valcro is poor one has come off and another is on its way, l am sorry quictent to write this review but its true . l would have given you 5 stars but the sides have let you down, bye the way the customer service is good

for the price it’s a amazing daughter had a fabulous 18th party in such awful weather
Delivered with damaged box, but customer services where fab and resent parts that were damaged in transit,Put this 6x4 marquee up a few days before my daughters 18th took me and my husband around 2 hours, Absolutely so pleased with it. We had 37 mph winds once we’d put it up so, and rain. for extra stability due to the weather I made sand bags for inside and out of the marquee and lined it, would have lined the roof but once the extra poles were on we could reach it, I’ll know this for next time we put it up, was so surprised that it lasted out through the wind, but it did and my daughter and 25 of her friends had a fabulous time. We had a oil filled radiator and carpets inside too and it was like an absolute party room connected to our patio doors, all her friends were very impressed and so were we. Put the side zipped end panels before you put the leg extending poles on Follow the instructions

A sturdy party tent; benefits from extra ropes and pegs
The tent arrived promptly, well packaged. Instructions rudimentary. Very pleased to find storage bags inside the parcels. The roof was a little short; to overcome this we augmented the toggles with extra strong string to attach it to the poles. The poles are sturdy. We acquired longer pegs and extra guy ropes to make the tent more secure, We had the side panels and end panels tied up ready to be let down should the weather become wet, but happily did not need to do this. At least 2, preferably 3 or 4 strong people required to erect and disassemble tent.
