I bought this for my car stereo as people couldn't hear me on built in microphone. I bought this my friends say I sound crystal clear now.

Terrible mic waste of time

I picked up the Pioneer 2.5mm microphone for my van and it's been okay overall, but there are a few things that could be improved. On the positive side, the sound quality is decent for the price. It captures clear audio without too much distortion, and it works well in quieter environments. It’s compact and lightweight, which makes it easy to carry around and use in various setups. However, the build quality feels a little cheap, especially the connector. The 2.5mm jack can sometimes be a bit finicky, requiring a firm push to stay securely plugged in, and I’ve noticed some intermittent connection issues. The microphone also lacks any noise-canceling features, so in louder spaces, it tends to pick up background noise quite a bit, which can affect the clarity of recordings. For the price, it’s fine if you just need something simple for casual use or as a backup. But if you’re looking for something more professional or with better noise control, this might not be your best option.

It has a good quality, the clip makes it easy to hang anywhere and the cable is long enough to have it placed anywhere you like, i really like it.
