Does it come with any Lightning Nodes? If so, how many?

Yes, one, three of the 6 ports are used with the included 3 fans

Can I add 4 additional fans (3 side/1 rear)? It says the hub accommodates up to six, but that would be 7.

You will need an additional controller to make that work. What I did is I paired my case up with the H150i Elite Capellix cpu cooler which comes with a commander core which lets me connect up up to an additional 6 fans (comes with 3). I then connect the 3 fans that come with the case plus an additional exhaust (4 fans total) to the built in hub for a total of 7 fans and also leaves me with the ability to add two more fans further down the line.

Does 5000x come with thermal sensor like the 5000t?

No ... but temp sensors come in a number of different flavors from cheap to expensive
