Why are my wicks dying out? I have the wick touching the bottom of the mason jar. They would light and die out after a couple of minutes.

Mine work perfectly fine in wine bottles. I put a filler in rocks or glass beads etc. i let them soak for 20 minutes and haven’t had a single issue. They light right up every time and stay lit.

Can any tiki type oil be used with these wicks?

I use regular tiki torch fuel like you can buy at Walmart, Lowes or Home Depot. You can get it with or without Citronella. Do not use lantern/lamp oil because it's not the same thing. That is for lanterns.

Just bought these. Mine fell apart in less than 60 days. Do you warranty your products?

Yes,we warranty our fiberglass absorb the oil well and provide a perfect burning effect.The part of the wick steeped in oil will absorb the oil and expand a bit.If you have any question on using please mail us and we can help you figure out the issue.

Can these be used for the glade plug-in diffusers?

No. These are much wider than glade plugins. They are wider than a pencil and cannot be compressed that small
