This is one of my go to supplements! They are easy to take and don’t have any gross taste like the fish oil tabs have. I have ordered these several times. One bottle did have so leaking from the pill tabs, but it was not a big deal and I still used them just fine.

Great supplement to get all my omega’s in one pill No after taste at all

I took these for two years then stopped after recent bloodwork thinking they weren’t doing anything. Turns out they were preventing dry eyes, a side effect of a medication I started a few months ago and didn’t realize was an issue until I stopped taking these. I tried all sorts of hot compresses and eye drops, eye ointments, etc for three weeks. Then I read that omegas might help with dry eyes so I restarted taking these and a couple days later my dry eyes were gone again. I also love that these are vegan and don’t give me bad breath.

These soft gels smell so good - like lemon! They're also easy to swallow.
