This has been a delight! Tastes really great and nice to know it fits my Autoimmune Protocol Diet. This spice is great quality, tastes great, and is a value for the money.

This stuff tastes like it has some extra something like MSG or sugar to give it that extra zing - but it doesn't! No extra additives or mystery ingredients. AIP-compliant if you care about that sort of thing - in my case I wanted to avoid black pepper which is in so many spice blends. I like that they kept the ingredient list very short. When you have 14 ingredients in a spice blend are you really tasting the 2 micrograms of coriander in it? Has a zing - not a hot zing like peppers, just a nice hit to the palate, probably the most from the garlic, salt, and onion but it does taste balanced. All I know it is makes me eat more, which in my case since I have healthy meals, is a good thing! I've used it on chicken, duck, fish, and even pork. It does definitely overpower more subtle spices so beware this is maybe better for a nice quick grilled or roasted meal.

Perfect blend with all the good stuff and none of the bad!! I am impressed with this spice blend. Definitely the freshest spices I've used in a long time and buying this lovely blend shows how spices should taste. We use this on meat, homemade pizza, italian food and it adds such a nice flavor. I highly recommend. I use this and some pepper on most things I cook and my family always likes it!! I'm going to try it to make garlic bread next, it is so good in olive oil on bread I think it will be great for that too!

This is absolutely one of my favorite seasoning blends ever! What is important to me is flavor. I do not like bland. I like flavor. This blend is delicious. I love it on chicken, vegetables, and salad. For salad, I sprinkle the seasoning on a blend of greens and then toss with olive oil and sometimes balsamic vinegar. It is so delicious!! It is also very good on eggs.

Meat, salad dressings, veggies, eggs - you can put this on and in absolutely anything! I love this line of spices. They are a little pricier than most grocery store brands, but a quick check of most grocery store brands of ingredients will reveal "anti caking agents" and ingredients that you can't pronounce. With this blend, you don't even have to think, you just sprinkle (or pour) it onto your meat, into your sauces, etc and you get a perfectly balanced punch of flavor! This is on the re-order list and I hope to make sure I don't run out!

Cooking

I actually got turned on to this brand of seasoning when I was as doing an Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) diet and I absolutely love the flavor. I’ve bought a couple of different flavors and they are all quite tasty. I use them all the time in my recipes.

These are so bland and tasteless it's hard to tell which variety is which without reading the label.
