How are you supposed to clamp the jig if the cabinets are already installed and you're upgrading/adding some rails?

You can also use these jigs with already installed cabinets by removing the drawers and doors on the old cabinets and clamping the jig to the face frame of the cabinet. I have never used them on a cabinet without a face frame.

Novice here, sorry. So how would you use for one slide at the bottom of cabinet or furniture opening if you only need 1 drawer? Seems no room for jig.

If I understand your question (novice here too), at the bottom, you can't use this jig. On my bottom drawer, I depended on a level and a T-square. Maybe a more experienced person has some feedback for you.
