Loved this item, it lasted me a year tho I have to reoder another one because I really think its a good buy. The bottom part where the stuff attached to stopped working.

I bought this blender to replace my old one unfortunately three days after I got it it stopped thankfully they sent out a replacement and took care of. Great customer service. Thank you you replacement works great.

Don’t buy!!!!! Doesn’t work and will just spill out at the bottom. The blade is also weak and an hardly chop ice. We waited two weeks to use it and literally missed the return date.

So far I like it because all the parts come apart so I can wash. No pineapple stuck so thats great. The juicer part is a good try. I think all I would need is a nice cover/case so it looks good on the counter but the parts should stay with it. I give this product 10 because it works, dies what it says, easy to clean, and affordable. Especially with all the attachments. The only other improvement is it can include a solid lid for the grinder and a drinking lid for the smoothies cup. If they have separate I would purchase. Lead me in the right direction

I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! The company has excellent customer service. They reached out to me on their own accord and offered to send me an upgraded model that I am very happy with. The sent me model number BL916AB of then same SANGCON family. It is a much better model and I have not had any issues. They also gave me a one year warranty. I definitely recommend the newer model vs. the one linked to this review. If I could give this blender a zero, I would! Locking it feels like a game of Twister—one wrong move, and I’m redecorating my kitchen with kale confetti. Every morning, I grip this beast like it’s a mechanical bull, praying the lid doesn’t pop off and turn my smoothie into a horror show. Mornings have turned into chaotic workouts where I’m sweating more than blending! If you want a blender that doubles as a stress test and a kitchen disaster, this is your winner! Great blender and definitely worth the price. It has plenty of accessories to do just about any job you might have. I previously had a similar model Sangcon blender and it was still running great after more than 12 years, but got knocked off a shelf and broke. This model is virtually identical to the old one and I fully expect it to last as long, or longer. Highly recommended!!

Terrible, doesn’t work. Update: The blender I bought didn't actually work, but the company contacted me and sent me a different model that did work. The service was great and super fast.

Doesn’t blend chunks of fruit and it took forever to make 24 ounces smoothie. How the finished product and texture was great. I will be returning as the power isn’t enough to meet my expectations. Update… since my original review I am in awww of the updated version. I originally purchased the 350 watt motor. Sydney Miller took the time to reach out and inform there is an updated version with a 1000 watt motor. I received the replacement and have used it everyday since. Still produces great quality of smoothies in way less time. I had an issue with frozen fruit and my first use took me about 45 min to make 40oz. This allows me to have 40 oz in less than 10 including prep time. I am pleased and impressed with the product consistency and the customer experience. I am a fan! Thank you for making it your business to make sure I am a satisfied customer.

Blades come out of its attachment and are not still. This creates a problem and safety hazard while opening the jar after blending anything.

The chopper broke within a couple of weeks. The blade is stuck at one point and became useless.
