Is this brush suitable for all-over color?

You can use it for all over color but the bristles are a little bit soft for that I prefer a shorter brush little bit firmer but it is an amazing applicator brush for highlights

Can I use it for a relaxer to yes or no please email me back please thank your

I would not. The bristles are softer than a regular tint brush. So it is for a soft surface application. That’s my opinion.

How do you clean permanent dye out of these brushes?

I used pink brush for bleach and black brush for colors

What is the difference doing open air paint using this vs the regular 3 pack Framar black brushes?

Hey, The Power Painter brushes speed up the application time because of how many bristles there are on the brush. When you compare this brush to our original brush, there is about 3x the number of bristles, which makes balayage and hair painting much easier. Blending with the Power Painter is just so smooth in comparison to any other brush. When combining our AccuSoft bristles with the high number of bristles on the Power Painter, it's the perfect match. Hope this helps answer your question.
