Quite happy -- effective and well designed
Switched from the leading name brand I was getting in stores to this, primarily because we needed repeated treatments over a long period of time, so bulk made sense. Something about the switch made all the difference. Problem abated. Have been able to maintain loaded traps without worry of running out or having the new invaders turn up their noses. Another great bonus: grooved sides help keep bait in place when reinserting cartridge in the housing. One possible worry for some folks: poison is mixed with bird seed, so clean up and disposal should be careful and thorough, to avoid feeding any more welcome animal life the deadly rat killer. Do keep a pair of gloves on the can for your own protection, too.

Works quick, but NOBODY WARNED ME (SAD)
(Warning is at bottom) Not sure why some people are having the opposite experience, but this stuff works. I have bought it twice a few months apart. The first time was for rats that had found a way into my attic thru my crawlspace (which I'd thought I'd blocked them out of!). I put some up there every day, about 4 to 5 blocks, and they disappeared Day 1 and Day 2. The rats were running around up there having the time of their lives, they loved it and devoured it. Day 3 there were fewer eaten. Day 4 or maybe 5, this is the sad part, I heard what sounded like whimpering in my attic. It sounded very much like a puppy crying (I thought it was coming from outside at first!). I'm pretty sure it was the rat that was eating up all those blocks. Then, my house was silent. Unfortunately a few days later I heard another one make its way into the attic, probably following the pheromones from the previous one. I did the same thing and that one disappeared, no crying fortunately. No smell either, I think they both went outside to die somewhere. I blocked up what I thought were the entrances and I didn't have any noticeable problems for a few months. Recently, I had smelled the god-awful smell of rodent urine coming through my crawlspace up into my living area and I knew they made their way in again - and so, I bought these baits again. I used bait stations outside in three spots and they were disappearing steadily. Within a few days, I smelled the funk of dead animal. I knew one was dead, probably in my crawlspace. I looked around outside, couldn't find anything. A week later when that funk had FINALLY cleared, boom, dead animal funk again. And like 15+ flies in my house. Another one was dead, and this time super strong. Apparently, it found its way in a kitchen wall or just under. I saw 1 maggot on my kitchen floor the next day, so, yeah, that was traumatic. If there were more, I probably would've fainted. I have an old house w cracks and crevices, so it crawled from wherever (I shudder to think). This was maybe 3 days ago. Anyhow, I refilled the bait stations when I got home today (well, one station - the others are still full). Maybe an hour ago I heard something on the side of the house that the rats seemed to favor. It kind of sounded like wailing or heavy sighing in animal form. I can't confirm if it was a rat (maybe was a possum or raccoon because those pass by sometimes; idk if they make sounds like that, though). But I would feel really bad if it were a suffering rat. I've tried to block them out, but they just keep coming back and being more invasive, so you do what you have to do. Anyhow, no scritching heard tonight. If you have a rat issue, I would recommend these (over other brands I've tried). (1) They will definitely eat it; and (2) It will definitely kill. But if you have a soft spot in your heart, just be warned that sometimes these animals whimper and cry when they're in pain or distressed, so prepare yourself just in case. IN BRIEF: it works, but rats may make noises of distress and you may see maggots if they die in or under your home.

It works
Definitely works! I had a rat problem in my barn when my neighbors got chickens. The rat popular was massive. I had bait stations and threw them everywhere. In a few weeks no rats! Winter time I spotted one and I will be baiting again.

THIS PRODUCT NOTHING SHORT OF BRILLIANT !
Absolutely INCREDIBLE ! Mice in the fall have always shown more activity in our place of business. This fall was very different we feel due to a large construction project immediately adjacent to our building. We never seen anything like this in 28 years....the amount of mice traffic was far beyond reasonable. This product in 7 days completely cleaned house. The mice loved the scent and taste but did not ever return!!! Would not hesitate to recommend 100%.

They worked
Yes these require some kind of trap to hold them but within a week I had results. Very surprised by the response. Critters really go for these. Had to replenish multiple devices many times. I would not overdue by ordering a large quantity as the uptake diminished over time. and maybe a new bait is required

Not Sure About the Effectiveness of this Rodent Bait
I purchased this product on two separate occasions, due to some sort of problem with rodents, tearing up my garden bed and digging holes all over it. I know that the cause was not deer because I have a high rod iron fence surrounding my yard so whatever was getting into the garden had to be able to squeeze between the 4 inch pickets on the fence. When I first started putting this product in the garden bed, I was hopeful that the problem with subside, rather quickly. It was clear that animals were consuming the product, because there were small pieces laying on the ground each morning, but as I continued to put product in the garden, each evening, it seemed as if more and more rodents/animals just kept coming to the party. After using the first bucket, in about a week and a half I was hopeful that these rodents have enough anticoagulation product in their system that their demise was imminent. Therefore, I doubled down and purchased a second bucket, with the intent of taking these little fellas out once, and for all. I began distributing about twice the amount of product that I had disseminated previously and figured that my battle, would soon be won. Not so. I sprayed the entire contents of the bucket in the garden over a span of about five or six days and by the time I was done, the product was still being consumed, and it’s entirety by each morning. At that point I just gave up and figured these guys at feasted for about two weeks on my dime. There was no evidence of the consumption, being reduced, hence, no evidence that fewer rodents were coming to the party. Rather than continuing to feed whatever it was, that was tearing up my garden, I instead purchased a product that I could spray throughout the garden and on the mulch called “repel“ that created some type of offensive odor to the animals. That seem to do the trick. I am sure that this product is good for something, but for the rodents that were in my garden, it seemed like a snack.

The mice ate the blocks but didn't die. They ate about 4-5 blocks over about a week, but they didn't die and are still alive and healthy.
