I like these capsules because per two capsules, you get 1000mg, which is the amount of Omega 3 one should be getting. Don't go for anything less, 1000mg is the recommended dosage, so make sure you're getting this much! As for the capsule shape, it's a little difficult to swallow, however, I've discovered the following helps me swallow them: Sit up straight, place a capsule in mouth, take a large sip of water, and lower your head (as if trying to touch your upper chest with your chin) and swallow. Then I wait for a few seconds before taking the second capsule. Doing all of this, the capsules go down smoothly. Omega 3 is essential for women going through that annoyingly insane time in their lives...when things start to stop working! And all that useless insane stuff starts happening to us! There is no fishy aftertaste or any fishy burps, so the capsules have been formulated very well! Price wise, they might seem expensive to some, but you greatly run the risk of rancid Omega 3, when you buy cheaper options. It's great that astaxanthin is included which has its own benefits-look them up! One thing I would say again, it's great for women, who are going through that insane time of their lives! I'm definitely buying from this company again, because they've put an effort in producing quality omega 3, with the added benefit of Astaxanthin.

I was diagnosed with high cholesterol and this product has brought my number down. No side-effects. No smell have had no stomach issues with it. Correct strength I just think it's a bit expensive.

My family has a history of heart problems so I’m looking for a long-term investment in a supplement. I like this product because it’s easy to swallow the small capsules. However, you’ll need to split the doses for optimal absorption, as each serving contains two capsules. It says its lemon flavour but i didnt taste anything like that to be honest. This brand offers various omega-3 supplement options, which is great if you have specific dietary restrictions. It’s free from fillers and unnecessary additives and provides a 2:1 EPA to DHA ratio per serving, which meets my needs. Compared to similar products, this one stands out because it has higher EPA than DHA, which is ideal for my heart health while providing half the DHA dose for brain health. The 2:1 ratio is perfect, unlike most omega-3 supplements that fall short to just 1.3:1 ratio. The added astaxanthin is also beneficial. I suffer from severe occipital pain due to hours spent on screens and phones, and I can’t even wear sunglasses without it hurting. This supplement has significantly reduced my eye fatigue. I can feel the pain has lessen with taking this plus doing some stretching for my head, lessen my burden. Astaxanthin is a potent antioxidant that supports eye health, so it’s great to have it included in the omega-3. I’ve been using it for over a month and it’s a great value for money. My husband and I share a bottle and it lasted us 45 days or 90 days when only one person is taking it. Children can take them too due to the small size and flexible dosing per capsule which gives 335mg EPA, 165mg DHA or 500mg combined. This helps my special child on school time and support him with his studies. The only issue I’ve had is that it’s currently out of stock for a long time. To be honest I don't know if they are doing me good or not but I will trust the science and carry on, these are supposed to be one of the better ones.

Highly recommended we spend £5+ on a coffee this is heart health cost and up keep is way cheaper than a regular tea a day so ad say to ppl put your health first and buy gold standard everything . Great omega-3

Well I have yet to start to taking this supplement but, if the speed of delivery after ordering, and reviews all over the Web, are anything to go by, I will be well pleased. They appear to be as highly rated, and much less expensive, than the Omega 3 that I have been taking. As a Scot I am always in search of a bargain! 😂 A further review will be made in 3 months when I will be able to report on efficacy etc.

La commande est arrivée en temps et en heure, bien emballé. Produit conforme à la description, après prise il n'y a pas aucun goût à poisson et la capsule est facile à avaler. Je le prend au petit déjeuner et au déjeuner avec un peu de gras (oeufs ou avocat pour une meilleure absorption) Pour les résultats sur la santé il faut que je fasse la cure de trois mois . Je dirais à ce moment là ce que je pense. En tout le cas ce produits à les quantités nécessaires en EPA y DHA , les certifications de qualité et cet un produit au dessus de la moyenne.
