The box clearly states non rechargeable, are these actually rechargeable?!?!

I didn’t pay attention to my box but yes they are rechargeable.

is the polarity of the connector reversed?

The polarity of the connector battery side is as you see it. Red(+) Black(-).... However... I have seen instances were the polarity of the pins on the equipment side has been reversed. A pain. You will have to verify the circuit diagram that you are connecting the battery to.

Can it be used on 3 wire equipment? how to connect if yes? i am trying to use it on logitech mx master mouse.

3 wire Lipo's have balancing tech/ability. These two wire batteries are not setup for that.
