Compact and perfect. It gets knocked around and is holding up. The pieces are great. Definitely unisex to me. It was bought for a boy, boy, wanting a Doll House but not "girly" this fit the bill. Especially the Daddy, boy and Dog with Mom. He loves burying them in kenetic sand.

A pesar que no le duraron las puertas ni ventanas poque mi hija es las rompio ( tiene 3 años) pero aun asi la agarradera funciona aun bien y lo demas sigue intacto, lo demas se a rompido por el uso rudo que la da mi hija. pero alguien mayor la puee cuidarmas. Ya tengo mas de 6 meses con ella i sigue cerrando y abriendo bien.

It's a simple, adorable, fun little set that my 6yro daughter positively loves. I like that it's a very easy size so it doesn't take up too much space at home and at the same time is big enough for play and taken along elsewhere. The furniture is adorable and it's all so surprisingly detailed. For such a reasonable price it's just great and the shipping wasn't terribly long either.
