What exactly do you get? It says 10 count but the bottle shows 30 capsules. Are you splitting the bottle or what?

Can I use with contour cream advanced retinol?

Yes, however, I have very sensitive skin and only use this product (3) days a week. I would suggest starting that way to check your skins response. Otherwise I absolutely love it. ROC products have been around a long time and for the price they have an amazing array of beauty skin care products.
