Can I connect another device to it while one device is already connected?

How deep do these fit in the ear canal? i have the tozo nc9 but the push too deep in my ear and hurt after an hour.

This is a bit difficult to answer in consideration of the different sizes of individuals ears. Though these are very comfortable in my ear and don't go too far into my ear canal. Again my ear and someone else's ear may differ. Thats all I can offer.

Do these have in ear detection?

In-ear detection works good for me, works if I pull either one out, or if I'm only using one, still works, and usually resumes when you put it back in your ear. It does get confused if I pull the left one out(it pauses) and put it in the case and leave the right one in.

What dose 32 hours with charging case means

The ear buds have internal batteries that last 6 to 8 hours. The charging case also has a battery that will charge the earbuds when they are inside. The case will charge the earbuds about 3 times, so you could use the ear buds for 8 hours, then put them in the case to charge, then take them out X minutes later and use them for another 8 hours, etc. You cannot get 32 hours of continuous use from the earbuds.
