our favorite agar to use for growing mushrooms with. we've tried other brands but this is the best we have found. we like to grow our transfers out on agar plates. made with our own blend of nutrients depending on the strain of mushrooms we are growing at the time. Pioppino, lionsmane, oysters, you name it we have put it on agar plates we make with this agar. this is great agar for agar plates.
