Wow! It cuts through bones like butter. It’s heavy duty, a breeze to operate, and works like a charm. It’s large but functional. It’s well worth the 264.00 - you can’t go wrong with this device.

I returned it when I received it and didn't use it. Because my husband often catches a lot of fish, I wanted to use it to cut big fish, but I felt that it was heavy and inconvenient to move and store. Not suitable for home use.

We "thawed" a frozen 16lbs brisket in the fridge for about 24 hours before trying to cut it up. The meat was mostly still frozen and this meat cutter did an excellent job. So much easier than using a knife!
