I'm sure they're good for riding. As for lasting long not sure haven't had them long enough to tell. They seem to be good quality though.

Only if treated they don’t come waterproof

Are these boots slip resistant? For kitchens or non porous floors?

Yes. Good grip sole, flexible, thick, and lots of grooves. I’ve never felt any slipping around in the rain outside.
