I am new to the dental implant world and one of the biggest struggles has been cleaning between the gum and implant. I have a full arch upper replacement and I was having a bit of an issue until I found this tip from WaterPik. It is an outstanding product to use with the WaterPik device. It provides just the right amount of water and the curved tip allows you to place it on your implant to clean under the gum. Highly recommend buying one if you have implants

So far works great and easy to change out. Will purchase again when needed.

Work good to clean all on four implants

These do a great job of getting the water stream where you need it the most: under the middle front of the implants. The brush attachments work great too (high five from my dentist for hygiene), but that little space is hard to get water in top or bottom with them. You can really feel the water zipping between gums and implants with these things.

Easier to clean on top of new implants and top teeth.

Works nice on dental implant

Works well but there's a learning curve when it comes to aiming the stream of water. Expect to spray water all over your bathroom and down your shirt the first couple of times you use it. I did. But it's definitely better for cleaning all-on-X full arch implant teeth than the standard Water Pik.
