Good source of Vit B12
Was told years ago that Vitamin B12 was a must for a woman as she ages.... Seems IT is true!Bought this for a friend that kept saying her energy was low.She was grateful and say she can tell a difference.I know everyone is different but i encourage others to give this a try!
