This is my second suzzipad purchase. I love the weight of this neck pad. It stays in place nicely. The pad keeps warm well and I use it every day. I've had no issues with this brand. I wish they made an even larger one for a lap warmer or something. The scent is nice though and not overwhelming.

I am a nurse who works 13 to 14 hours a day. This product is amazing for neck and shoulder pain. It smells wonderful and heats quickly. The only thing is you have to microwave it twice. So both sides get hot. The only downside also is it doesn't stay hot for very long. It's very effective for neck and shoulder pain, It helps me relax at the end of a long day.

Very disappointed in this product. It’s the second one I’ve bought but this quality is much less than the first one. This one is smaller in size and has no lavender scent like my first one. In fact it has a bad smell. Definitely not worth $28.

I absolutely love this product, not in love with the scent/smell of it(think it was supposed to smell like lavender), but this has done me no wrong. I work a very physical job and get migraines and this product is a lifesaver. I've had it for over a year now I'm pretty sure and it gets regular use(4 times/week). It holds heat pretty well and it's a good size. Very satisfied with this purchase.
