I’m not sure if this Wagner and Stern electric toothbrush is secretly powered by British ingenuity or if I’ve somehow stumbled upon the future of oral hygiene. Let me tell you, this toothbrush is something else. Firstly, let’s talk looks. In British Racing Green with gold accents, this thing doesn’t just clean your teeth—it looks like it’s about to pull into the pit lane at Silverstone. Every time I pick it up, I half expect someone to hand me a tiny helmet and a champagne bottle for “Best Brushing Performance.” Now, onto the features. Three strength settings? Five functions, including Clean, Sensitive, Massage, White, and White+ (which I assume means it doubles as a light source for landing planes)? It’s practically the Swiss Army knife of toothbrushes. I tried “Massage” once and felt like my gums were getting a spa day. White+? I’m not sure what that does, but I’m now concerned my teeth might start glowing in the dark. The battery life, though. My wife has a Philips Sonicare that demands weekly charging like some needy gadget diva. Meanwhile, my Wagner and Stern has powered through since the 1st of December 2024, and today’s date is the 23rd of January 2025. I was starting to think it was running on kinetic energy or maybe moonlight. My wife, gutted by her toothbrush’s weekly charging routine, has started looking at mine with envy. Oh, and let’s not forget the extras. It came with a stylish charger, a travel case, and eight toothbrush heads. EIGHT. I can’t even remember what I bought for the Black Friday sale last year, but this was a certified bargain. Even at the full price of £45, I’d still be chuffed, but getting it for £30? That’s like winning the oral hygiene lottery. If you’re on the fence, let me tell you—buy it. You’ll have teeth so clean they’ll squeak, a battery life to shame your other gadgets, and a toothbrush that looks so sleek, you’ll feel like James Bond getting ready for a mission. 10/10. Would race it at Brands Hatch if I could.

I wanted a new electric toothbrush for a couple of reasons. One, because we are about to move to a House where we will have two bathrooms, Two, because we have recently bought a Motorhome, which I use and will use a great deal on my own, therefore there was a need for a second unit, so that I could have one in the Motorhome. I also needed one that could be charged from a USB Charge point, on those occasions where I will be camped up and not have a mains electricity supply. This brush is perfect for my needs in every way. It is lightweight and elegant, the little ridge on the back ensures it will not roll off the surfaces it is placed on, The Brush heads are nice and soft and small enough to reach every part of my mouth, so giving a super good cleaning. The Charge lasts for a very long time, in fact, I have charged it once so far and clean my teeth twice to three times a day. I love the various modes and have tried them all. It really is the best Electric toothbrush I have every had, the other one we have is one of those that you see a lot on the TV ads, with the round brush head, recommended by Dentists everywhere and costs and arm and a leg to buy. Don't get me wrong, it is a brilliant unit, I am not knocking it, but this new one, is, for me anyways, far better. Couple that with the Value for money and it wins hands down every time. I recommend this brush, especially if, like me, you travel around a lot, or if you have sensitive teeth and gums, as I do. So do not hesitate, just because it is a lot less to buy than that well advertised one you keep seeing on TV that you need a second Mortgage for to be able to buy it. Trust me, this one is fantastic value for money and does a fantastic job of cleaning your mouth.

This sonic toothbrush with 5 modes is stylish. However, I feel that which ever setting I use it does not seem to be powerful enough or as powerful as my Philips sonicare. It would also be good if you supplied different types of heads for this as the ones supplied seem too soft. Although the modes say Whitening etc the head is way to soft and there does not seem to be any difference in strength which ever setting I have this on. One good thing is that the charging lasts absolutely ages so you could easily charge this and take it away on a long holiday with no need to take the charging base with you.

Having been a longtime customer of "the product that dentists use themselves". I am frustrated by the high cost of their products and the continued rapid planned obsolescence, which result in battery power/charge becoming compromised in a very short space of time. Having scoured the options available, i plumped for the Wagner & Stern offering. I was impressed with the claims that the battery charge lasted for 30+ days, it came with enough replacement heads for one user for 2 years use, a travel case and was equally comparable in function, to my existing electric toothbrush. I was sceptical of the charge lasting time frame claim, but this has proved to be unfounded. The charge does last more than 30 days, the product is comfortable to hold and use. It has the same brushing timer, and cleaning speed and pressure options of my previous product, at a fraction of the price. My only doubt at this stage, is at the time of writing this review,that there is not an option to purchase additional brush heads separately , which is not a problem for me as a single person household, but for a family of 4, the 8 brush heads will only last for 6 months, if replacing at the recommended rate. I would purchase again in a heart beat and have recommended to many.

Purchased for £39.99 or thereabouts. First time using a sonic (been using Oral B oscillating toothbrushes for years) and have been really impressed. Took a while to get used to the vibrations and having a more regular type of brush head instead of the round ones, but I do feel like it cleans my teeth better. Have mostly been using on clean and white/white+. You can feel and hear the difference between each mode. Haven't quite worked out how massage mode works (do you think reading the instructions might help? 🤔 😂). There are intensity/speed settings, so you could opt for the lowest with clean mode, and highest for white, as an example. The brush has alerts at 30 and 60 seconds for ensuring all 4 "quadrants" get equal brushing and stops at 2mins. Have not needed to order extra brush heads yet, still using the first and have the spares that it came with. Also have not needed to use the case yet but it's a nice smart and sturdy design. Have used twice a day (I find 2mins not quite enough for me, so invariably I brush twice each time) every day since purchase and have only needed to charge once. That's impressed me. I don't think I needed to charge it before first use but regardless, it charges quickly and has really good battery life so far. Especially with my extra long brushing. I love the whole design and colour/detail throughout the whole product and accessories. Looks really smart and coordinates well with bathroom colour scheme. Overall, as a first foray into sonic toothbrushes I'm really pleased with everything about this and would consider purchasing another from this brand in the future.

The. Rush heads are way to soft I guess you live and learn!

This toothbrush is very stylish and pleasant to look at It feels very light and is not to bulky or heavy to lift or pack in an overnight bag. There are different intensity modes to choose from, however, it does seem that i have to go through all of them, just to turn the toothbrush off. The toothbrush comes with a sleek travel case that can also store 2 toothbrush heads in. It also comes with a box of 6 additional brush heads. Although when when i looked on Amazon, could not find any spere brush heads for this device in the blue colour. Each brush head and the top of the toothbrush come with plastic protective caps, which is a really good idea especially when travelling. As it provents the device and toothbrush heads from getting dirty.. Unlike other electric toothbrushes, the charging platform comes with a USB port instead of the traditional 2 pin adapter. Although, the toothbrush does not seem very stable when put on the stand, and can easily fall off. When I used this toothbrush for the first time, I was shocked at how intense the vibration was, even at the lowest setting. it's so intense it tickles my teeth, which is a curious sensation. This device came partly charged, however can not truly comment on battery life, as i have only used it a few days. It seems to give an effective and thorough clean.

I've been using this electric toothbrush for over 2 months. It's perfect! The one feature that I needed was the sensitive setting. I have a problem brushing my teeth too hard with a regular, soft toothbrush. If I brush too hard, the device stops, which has taught me the proper pressure to use. I feel that this electric toothbrush cleans my teeth very well. The brush head is small and I can individually clean each tooth. When I used a regular toothbrush, there was always one tooth that always felt like there was plaque buildup. After using this electric toothbrush, that tooth feels very clean. I travel a lot and the travel case definitely comes in handy. The electric toothbrush held a charge when it first arrived. I plugged it to fully charge it. It probably took an hour or so. Someone in a previous comment stated that they only needed to charge the device once a month. I charged it after 3 weeks even though it was still working at full strength. It has been over 5 weeks since the last charge. I just forgot to plug it in and it is still going strong.

The product is well made and the design is nice but functionality is not the best. You have to consciously hold the toothbrush such that you do not accidentally switch it off when brushing your teeth.

I have been using this electric brush for about 15–20 days now, and I am very happy with it. It is extremely comfortable, easy to use, and works very well. It is a modern product with new technology that makes daily use much more convenient and comfortable. Based on my personal experience, I would definitely recommend it to others. Overall, I would give it 90 out of 100. A very good product and definitely worth buying!

Short summary - looks good, excellent battery life, cleans better than any of my previous toothbrushes. It comes with - a travel case; 8 replaceable brush heads; the electric tooth brush ; a wireless charging stand with a usb-A connector It does not come with a usb power supply, It cleans very well. I occasionally get a build up of hard plaque or tartar on a back molar - this is the only brush I have owned able to remove it, even if it takes 2-3 days of brushing. It has two buttons. The first controls the 5 modes, clean, sensitive, gums and polishx2. they just seem to control the power level and I only use clean. The second button selects 1 of 3 power levels. I just use #3 the most powerful, but I used #1 when I first got the brush as my teeth were a bit sensitive. Value: It is not the cheapest brush but price is comparable to entry level name brand brushes bought at my local supermarkets . However, in my opinion/experience it works much better than those with more features. I am happy with the value. Pros Battery: the battery is excellent. It claims 30 days use per charge, but I have used for 6 weeks so far and still has 3 of 3 bars of power. Cleaning performance is excellent. You can purchases additional brushes if needed. A lot of brushes do not have this and are basically disposable when the original brushes wear out. comes with travel case Cons. Does not come with a usb A charger. So, if you don't have a spare floating around you may be up for an extra $5
