Easy install and solid
Bought for my wife’s birthday as she really wanted to swim from our dock. The instructions were not great but it’s easy to assemble, went to get her well, and was super easy and quick to install. Seems to be holding up well. I love how easy it is to install and remove and the clips are low profile so they don’t impede dock use.

The Lakehouse Ladder
The five step ladder is very dependable, strong and easy to access! I love how the top of the ladder sticks up higher making it easier to climb. We were very pleased by the quality of the ladder. It was easy to assemble and easy to attach to the dock! Not slippery and does not appear to have any algo build up on it. Glad we picked this one.

Junk
This ladder is junk, has a lot of sharp edges on it, I installed on my deck and with no knowing the ladder had sharp edges it put a hole in my new liner. Unfortunately I’m unable to send back so I’m stuck with a junk ladder. Very disappointed, not only out money for ladder but out 500 for the new liner I just bought 😠😠

Not sturdy, kind of sharp.
Rickety. Not super reassuring. Difficult to attack to the dock. Edges are sharp.

Pretty good medium duty ladder
Assembles with ease. It takes a little bit of patience to get everything lined up but it installs on the dock easily.

Not so sturdy
Easy to assemble but the steps are the only thing that connect one side to the other making it wobbly and the low handles make it hard to climb up out of water
