Very good and delicious. I got the brown sugar flavor and I tasted just like how it is in the store! My first try making it the boba balls were hard and crumbly but on my second try I fixed that. If you don't like how the boba balls are just occasionally microwave them for an extra 10 seconds until how you like them. That's how it worked for me. Overall great product in my opinion!

I heard about boba so much and surprisingly there are not a lot of places to get one to try. So I ordered from Amazon and I was completely surprised by how easy this one was to prepare. Not knowing what to expect I was very happy with the many different textures and flavors in this kit. I must have done something right because the boba balls were soft with just the right chewyness. Little like gum but you get to swallow them. The flavor of the tea was excellent and I didn't need to add anything extra to it. It was great having the necessary larger straw right in the kit because there is no way the boba would go through a regular straw. I am completely satisfied with this purchase and will definitely order again.

I tried just heating the boba pack in the microwave first, but that made the boba almost crunchy and inedible. Then, I read a couple reviews that say to open the boba pack, put it in a cup with 1/4 cup milk, and microwave for 1 minute first. Then make everything else and add the boba. IT'S AMAZING. Just like Kung Fu Tea boba! The tea itself is a bit too sweet for me, so I make my own chai.

It also comes with 5 straws, which was perfect because I did not have boba straws. If made following the instructions, the boba is too hard and unenjoyable. Next time we will adjust and try to cook them differently so that they get softer. We will likely try why some of the other reviews suggest. Otherwise, the tea/mix was good.

This is an exceptional product! I love the taste and ease of preparation. It takes just a few minutes. I love making it with Oatmilk for a nice taste exploration! Heat 2 oz—water in a microwaveable 16-ounce plastic glass for 1 minute (in the microwave). Stir in milk tea powder. Add crushed ice to reach the 2/3 cup mark. Fill the remaining space in the cup with your choice of milk. Cut a horizontal slit in the top of the Boba package, the heat in the microwave for 30 seconds. Empty Boba into the milk tea and stir. Enjoy!

the milk tea is delicious! one of the best milk teas I have had. the boba is seriously disgusting. I ate 3 of them and almost puked. they are hard yet gooey and sticky at the same time. I tried all different ways to warm/cook them and nothing wormed. I tried to do a refund and it wouldn't allow me to. absolutely don't buy this, it's way too expensive for such a crap product

This is really good for an at home kit! Some reviews say it’s gritty or tastes bad, but they have either never had bubble tea or they simply aren’t cooking this long enough. If you cook it long enough it’s that really nice squishy texture and the flavor is actually really tasty! Ignore those bad reviews, because they have no idea what they’re talking about. Give this a try! I’ll definitely be a repeat buyer! Also love that it’s non-gmo! This would also be a great gift for your friends and family, or a cute treat for when you have company over. Took about 15-20 to heat up on medium heat on the stove. So it definitely takes longer than the instructions, but we’ll worth the time, effort, and cost!
