Was told to take this brand specifically by my doctor. I started to feel less brain fog after two days and more energy by day 4 or 5. I had repeat labs drawn 30 days later after taking almost daily (forgot on some weekends) and serum levels were much improved. Symptom relief was real and not placebo. 💯 👌 Taste is good and didn’t hurt when taken on an empty stomach in the morning. Wish it was more affordable but it definitely does the job without injections!

My doctor suggested this because I was tired of taking pills. I like that you can hold it under your tongue for absorption instead of swallowing another supplement. Super easy to take and it actually tastes great too! Taste kinda like berries to me.
