I love the drink, the mix does taste good. Very easy to fix, I use a small blender to mix it well. It has a creamy, coffee flavor, like a cappuccino or a latte. Is nice to sit, relax with a good cup of coffee. I’m would like to clarify, this is not hot chocolate! If you really look at the box you will see coffee beans. Also, while having a tasty cup of coffee you are getting 15g , 30%, of your daily protein.

Having been using original flavor 3 times daily since my gastric bypass in 2005. I quickly discovered the powder instantly dissolved if you microwave water first and double down with a small wire whip. I use a latte cup and 16 oz of water. 276 lbs loss and 17yrs later, i now dip a low sugar Nairns Stem Ginger Biscuit. Or a fruit and seed crisp. Glad the vanilla flavor has returned. They have altered the formula a bit this year. It is no longer quite are rich tasting, but there is no longer the sludge sediment if it sits too long.

It tastes ok, certainly much better than most protein shakes - first few sips are ok but if you sip it slowly, the taste does become less pleasant. Crazy price for the few packets inside.

Too sweet

Seller was fast and efficient on order and delivery but I personally do not care for the product due to a distinct after taste and just my personal opinion.

I tried the cappuccino variety having tried the hot chocolate in the past. I can't figure out what that taste is. It's not atrocious but it's a little weird. You definitely don't taste a coffee flavor. And somehow when I added it to brewed coffee, it overpowered the coffee flavor in actual coffee. I wouldn't personally buy this again. Their hot chocolate is tasty. They used to have an amaretto flavor that was amazing. In fact, they had a variety pack that I loved. I don't see those available at all anymore so I'll settle for their current flavors which are good.

Although this drink tastes delicious by itself I like to mix one packet with 2-3 cups of coffee for a hearty coffee cappuccino. I wish it were not so expensive but honestly the quality and taste is worth it to me. Protein + taste = perfect way to start the day. Just be sure to stir well.
