Seamless integration with windows.
This is a perfect match for the Surface pro X. I decided against the surface laptop as I didn't need a keyboard when I was out and about, but I always missed the physical keyboard and couldn't type as well with the on screen keyboard. Not to mention it also claimed a lot of screen space while typing. This is a seamless fit on the surface pro and brings back the keyboard with a great sized touchpad. All the gestures work flawlessly too and my workflow has definitely been improved.

Works great, once you fathom out instructions
Ive had this for a couple of weeks and hesitated buying due to reports of screen pressure and risk of cracks etc but this is only if you have a screen protector (non-brydge) attached. The instructions were a little confusing, in particular how to manually switch on and off the keyboard but finally worked this out, pairing was simple and once done does not ask to be repaired from either sleep or when the surface is booted from being off. I never leave the keyboard or surface switched on when not in use so I am in the habit of powering off the surface then powering off the keyboard (and vice versa when switching back on). There is a slightly delay on waking the surface with the keyboard when in sleep mode (approx 5 seconds from touch of keys to surface waking up) The surface slides into the keyboard with ease (albeit a little force is needed to ensure it is right at the bottom of the U holders), there seems to be very little pressure to the glass as the keyboard grips the surface right on the edge where the glass meets the frame.. All keys work great, backlight is really useful and the trackpad feels very smooth. Whilst the keyboard adds a bit of weight to the whole set up (keyboard is a heavy as the surface) it feels very solid and premium. Would highly recommend, feels much better than the type cover and makes the surface more usable either on a desktop or lap.

Wireless Keyboard That Works
The Brydge SPX+ Wireless Keyboard is something off a relief, using a surface pro x and not having a touchpad and keyboard makes typing documents and emails a difficult task. Now that I have paired this wireless keyboard to my surface I now have a fully-fledged laptop. The Brydge SPX+ Wireless Keyboard was a perfect fit for my surface clicked in without any issues, pairing via Bluetooth was easy. The general performance of the trackpad and keyboard was excellent, the keys are nicely spaced out and the touchpad operation was smooth and accurate. The keyboard itself is well made and feels premium, both the keyboard and the surface pro make a good match and you would have never known that they were separate devices, it looks like complete laptop now. I would recommend this unit for those who want a full laptop experience and type a lot.

Surface Pro X Bluetooth Keyboard
You get a wireless keyboard with touchpad compatible with the Microsoft Surface Pro X plus USB-C charging cable, and guide for £120. Basically I have turned a great Surface Pro X into something more like a fully fledged laptop experience by adding a really good keyboard with a decent sized touchpad. This has been specifically designed for the Surface Pro so it would be a surprise if it did not work in a totally . It is so much easier to type with a keyboard and zoom around with the use of a touchpad. Pairing the keyboard via Bluetooth was super easy. Also a feature is 3 levels of LED backlighting that can come in handy. According to the manufacturers the battery can go 40 hours per charge. The keyboard feels solid but lightweight and should last a good time.

Great replacement for OEM MS keyboard.
My Microsoft keyboard went south, talking to support they sent me a new one which did not solve the problem. It took me awhile to solve the problem and that is not issue is not part of this review. While I was working my way through the issue I purchased one of these Brydge SPX keyboards. Since it connects to my Surface X via Bluetooth, I don't have to worry about the old connection via the hardware port on the bottom. I like it as it lasts a long time after charging, I think along the order of a week and a half (and I use it all day every day), it lights up so I can see the keys in the dark, has added functionality of the Settings on a key as well as Bluetooth pairing key. Its holds the Surface firmly in two, for lack of a better word, yoke or sockets. Integrates so well you would never know its third party. Its a bit hefty, but that's OK as it provides a good mate to the Surface and removes any flex when you pick up the computer. I feel this protects the screen from cracking, which Surfaces seem to suffer from. Comes in a nice box, responsive company when I had a couple questions. The Bluetooth connection can be a bit slow when waking the Surface up and sometimes it slips into Pair status instead of Connected status. At that point you remove the device and run through the Pair routine and you are back in business inside 5 minutes. But this happens very very infrequently. Recommend this as a keyboard replacement.

Pensant prendre un azerty j’ai eu la mauvaise surprise d’avoir un qwerty. De plus le Bluetooth se déconnecte souvent

Not recommended
They didn't maintain quality as it charge price. Every time you need to connect and pair again. Sometimes it slow down my pc. 2 star only for now. An improvement can lift to 5 star. Make it smooth.

Solid First Effort
This is a nice option for Surface Pro X users. The keyboard and trackpad are nicely made and work well. It's a little heavy, and the battery life when NOT in use seems like it could be a little better. This isn't that big of a deal, since you can always just plug it into the Surface itself and keep right on going. My only gripes are: 1. If you DO want to charge the KB from the Surface, you need a USB-C to USB-C cable that stretches all the way across/behind the unit, since they put the charging port opposite of the Surface USB-C ports - why? 2. You wind up having to re-pair the KB almost every time you turn it on if you don't use the device daily. It's super easy to do, but after using the regular Type Cover for over a year, I am quite spoiled buy the always connected, flawless performance of the Type Cover. Another issue is that there is no way (as of yet) to charge the Surface pen without the Type Cover. So, if you are a heavy pen user, the Brydge solution may not work will for you. I didn't hold that against the Brydge in my review, since I knew what to expect going in.

Turn Tablet To Laptop!
This is an excellent keyboard. Following instructions I was able to connect with my tablet in seconds. The keys have normal spacing; the TouchPad is smooth. But 1 small problem: the clips used to attach the keyboard are too narrow for pro surface 9. I found by lifting the kickstand in back I could make it fit. For pro surface 9 buy BRYDGE SP+ 8. This keyboard is perfect for pro surface X.
