This stuff is very effective if you are indeed suffering from adrenal exhaustion. I have a pancreatic disorder with unknown cause, and frequently have pain in areas where my adrenal glands are located. During the times this pain flares, the problems with my disorder get worse. I've been taking this product for a few months now, and have seen definite improvement. My digestion is better, my anxiety is better, I'm sleeping better, and issues with my pain, nausea, and weight are better controlled. My energy levels are not where I want them to be, but they are improving slowly and steadily. I do have some pain in the area of the adrenal gland located near my pancreas when I take this, but it resolves itself within 30-45 minutes and I have not seen any ill effects from that pain. I just consider it a mildly nagging side effect; certainly better than the scary side effects of prescription pharmaceuticals cooked up in a lab! My general practitioner told me not to take it - but she also told me not to take any over the counter supplement including very mild things such as fish oil capsules and B complex vitamins. She was all about the prescription stuff instead. My endocrinologist, however, saw no problem with me taking this supplement. It does not interfere with medication I am taking for my thyroid or my pancreas. As the box states, you should of course consult your doctor before taking this, especially if you are taking prescription medications.

Even though I didn't see it right away my hair, skin, and nails improved immediately. I had more energy. I felt a lot better all the way around. But just because it works for me doesn't mean it is for everyone. Do the research before you buy it. If it looks like you would benefit by all means try it. It is one of the best products I have tried and one I will be staying with.

I don't know why this hurts some stomachs. Not so me. I take 2 with supper when i'm rebounding from over-stress. Adrenal Fatigue is visible to me when i start getting tired and/or angry too easily. And i start getting fat in my middle, and cannot lose any weight with diet and exercise. Others may have other signs their adrenals are overworked. I had Chronic Fatigue all through my 40's. Now 64 y.o. and mostly managed. When i start getting tired i get my naturopath to check my hormones, especially my thyroid, get new prescriptions, and follow Dr. Teitelbaum's protocol from book FROM FATIGUED TO FANTASTIC. Adrenal STRESS offers additional support for my adrenals (when stress is impossible to avoid). Teitelbaum helped develop this supp. Another key for me to combat the fatigue: Co-Q-10 and d-Ribose powder in my coffee or tea. And not least of all, i make sure i get 8-9 hours of sleep. I use herbals, not prescriptions. Melatonin to fall asleep. Herbal combinations to stay asleep all night. I've had to try various herbal combos to find the one that works for my body.

I am using this product and experiencing deeper and more restful sleep and improved energy. I take 1 a day in the morning because taking twice can make me a bit jittery and too wakeful in the evening. I am relieved to have found this product. I have been struggling with low energy and poor sleep for the past two to three years. I am reading the book Fatigued to Fantastic to learn more about adrenal fatigue and how to support body while healing, but I do not think it is necessary unless you are like me and want to know more about how to stay well, or how did I get so run down... I am glad to find a supplement that has actually helped me feel better. I take mine in the morning with food to avoid stomach discomfort. Really working out for me. My energy and health are returning.

I have medium level case of fibro/ CFS. I read the Fatigued to Fantastic book and started following the advice, every month or two trying another step. I started taking one pill a day because I got a test that showed my adrenals functioning below the norm, and I felt many of the symptoms of stressed out adrenals. I started taking just one pill a day, and didn't feel much of an effect. I almost stopped taking them, but then decided to take 2 for a while to see if that worked better. I was surprised to realize after a week that 2 things had improved- my sleep, and my reaction to stressful situations. I used to feel a coldness wash over my body- now I don't. I'm just calm. I always take two after breakfast, along with the Fatigued to Fantastic powder and fish oil.

I was given a bottle from a friend who thought it would work for me. She paid $24.99 from a health food store. After 2 weeks I noticed a difference in my energy level..even my teen daughters noticed it. I just order 13 more bottles for myself, my husband and mother and some to give away. I'm that confident in this product, but I do feel that it is like anything else, it may work for some and it may work for others. I did have one night that I was sick to my stomach but not sure if I can 100% say it was these pills or not. I have Fibromyalgia and was not sleeping at all. After about 3 weeks my sleep pattern had changed drastically for the better. My mental fog has cleared up and I feel fabulous! For the price you get it from Amazon, you can't go wrong. It is well worth a try.

After taking my usual dosage of Adrenal Stress End this morning, I marveled at how effective it is and decided to write a review for the benefit of others! I was shocked to find such negative reviews of this product! Upon closer examination, the majority of the negative reviews report stomach pain. I know the feeling! When I first got this product, I took only one pill because I have a sensitive stomach and decided to take it slowly (this was even before reading any reviews). Horrible stomach pains left me bedridden. My reaction? DIVIDE the capsule! It worked like a charm. I began with 1/5 of the capsule and have now worked up to half a capsule a day. Sometimes I even do TWO half-capsules in a day! Don't throw this baby out with the bathwater! It's worth dividing the capsules. I might even recommend storing the bottle in the fridge since the capsules crack over time, and, after a while, the contents turn from powder to sticky goop. Obviously you will go through it much more slowly at 1/5 of a capsule per day! By the way, I'm using this product for adrenal fatigue. Even with the decreased dosage, I am much calmer and sleep better. In other words, no more "wired and tired" for me! Why only three stars then, you ask? Because it's the category with the least reviews, so hopefully that will make this one easier to spot!

I have been fighting almost debilitating fatigue from hypothyroidism for more than three years now. The only way I can function at all is to take supplements at intervals all day long (in addition to Armour Thyroid). After adding Adrenal Stress End about six weeks ago, I noticed a big improvement - enough so that I ordered two more bottles. I will NEVER run out of this product. Two things as far as taking it goes. I can pop a handful of 8-10 tablets and capsules, and swallow all at the same time without issue. These things tend to get stuck in my throat, even taking them one at a time - and they're not huge either. It also says to take with a meal ... and believe me YOU WANT TO TAKE THEM WITH A MEAL. Not just a cookie, or a handful of chips, but real food. Half a cup of cottage cheese and a banana will work. And if you eat them after you take the capsules, it prevents the sticking problem too. It also prevents a stomachache.

Après 1 mois et demi , je recommence à me sentir comme avant ce cauchemar, plus d'énergie, de tonus, les idées plus claires, plus de motivation, plus d'assurance ... Tuttavia non è una energia naturale ma come se vi prendessero a calci di mattina per farvi svegliare; l’energia vi pervade ma non è una sana energia. Mi spiego, a seconda del vostro livello di compromissione surrenale questo preparato può esservi d’aiuto oppure potrebbe peggiorare la vostra salute surrenale. Il mio consiglio è di informarsi leggendo testi intorno alla sindrome dell’affaticamento surrenale prima di prendere qualsiasi energizzante che non siano semplici vitamine o integratori alimentari. La summenzionata sindrome si sviluppa infatti attraverso diverse fasi di progressiva compromissione, alle quali vanno associate precisi stimoli, attività e supporti alimentari, e di erbe o supporti ghiandolari. Se reputate di essere in n una fase avanzata della AFS non prendete questo integratore senza supporto medico o senza esservi informati!!!
