Super impressed!
I have a 4 year old daughter who has had a blocked ear canal for months. I discovered this while practicing use of my otoscope for NP school. I tried removing with a bulb aspirator (the kind they use to suction babies) that comes with Debrox but nothing ever came out. So I just gave up. She hadn't complained or had any signs of concern but it bothered me knowing she couldn't fully hear. Upon her most recent well check, her primary care practitioner recommended this product. I received it yesterday. Used it once last night, once this morning, and once this evening (3 times total) after 15 minutes each of letting diluted hydrogen peroxide loosen up whatever was in her ear. This awful looking plug came out and she can't stop smiling and hugging me. Any one wondering should know this product is well thought out. The receptacle for around the ear perfectly, the bottle and trigger are easy to hold and handle, there are 2 types of attachments (depending on use for self vs. others ), and the blue spray nozzles that go in the ear are flexible (not so hard that it irritates the ear canal) and have 3 exit holes that allow the water to spray in different directions. Altogether, this is perfect for managing earwax blockage both for yourself and for someone else who might be sensitive to the process (children). I will recommend this to my patients when I start practicing as well as other moms.

Works well
I purchased this for ear wax that didn’t respond to the usual simple measures. Although a bit pricy for what it is, I have to say it worked extremely well with warm water, solving my issue with 5 minutes of irrigation. It was easy to use and relatively comforatable.

Ear Wax Removal Kit
Works well, easy to use, do use "luke warm water, not cold or cool" to avoid any type of dizziness. Just follow the simply directions and should be fine. Use it every 3-4 months for optimal clean out of my ears. I do also use a "wax softner" for about 3 days prior to aid in easy removal/loosen and potential wax.

Works Great!
I tend to have ear wax build up, never used an ear wax flushing system until I went in for a doctors visit. Had to get one for myself, works great. I use hydrogen peroxide in my ear for about 10mins and then use this to flush out the earwax and it works like a charm. Make sure to use warm a water and vary the angle of spraying.

Cheap and not enough to pressure to move wax
Comes with the bottle, and two different spray methods a long tube and a harder tube. Has blue and orange tops to put on the tubes that you can discard after use. There’s a lot of extras too. The only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t spray straight out- it sprays in two different directions which I don’t like. I like when it shoots straight because it’s more pressure to actually get the wax out.

Gross, but amazing.
Our sone was complaining about his ears being plugged. We had borrowed one of these from my parents a few times and the work well. This one looked the most complete for the money. It's easy to use and cleaned his ears first use. No discomfort and now he feels better.

Utter garbage. Tips are not designed for direct irrigation
Utter garbage. The spray tips on the bottle are designed to disperse the water everywhere but down the ear canal. It makes the spray bottle completely ineffective. See on the picture how it creates three streams, none of which shoot in the direction of the nozzle. Despite coming with a bunch of tips, none of them are designed to produce a single, head-on stream

Now added to my first aid preps
At 67, I experienced my 1st clogged ear, how annoying and uncontrollable! After a good 6 weeks of messing around I finally went to the dr. convinced I had an inner ear infection. Nope, just wax!!! They came in with a contraption like this and within 5 min, I was right as rain. My husband occasionally has to have his ears cleaned out for excess wax but I have NEVER had an issue. Goes to show it can happen to anyone. It’s now a part of my OTC items, I will be ready if there is a next time.
