I do not recommend it.
I bought it for my wife as it supposed to help her joint health. After taking one tablet daily for one week, her joints became worse so she stopped it.

This works.
This product is working for me. I have much less hair loss since I have been taking this supplement. I have noticed new hair growth as well.

My hair was in my comb .
I am 70 and had thinning hair . I researched for something to help with hair , skin and nails . I can tell a difference and this is my first bottle . I also have pain in my knees and it seems to be lesser . I know some of these issues come with aging . I can see improvement .

Longer, stronger nails
This collagen supplement works, but it takes a while. I am 80 years old and my skin looks nice without unnecessary wrinkles. My nails grow like crazy and although my hair doesn’t grow longer, I’m not losing it either. The capsules are easy to take. but instead of taking three at one time I take two with breakfast and one with dinner. I do like the product.
