This is the best brand of biotin that I've tried. You see results quickly and the taste is bearable. Results with my hair and nails were noticeable within a week. I used to buy it at my local Sunflower Shop but they rearrange the merchandise often and it's impossible to get a person to help locate what we need. Sad to not support local businesses but grateful Amazon carries such a must have product for my family.

This is my favorite brand of Biotin. Melts under your tongue for easy consumption. Used it to bring my hair back after losing much of it after being treated with inhaled steroids. Most of my hair came back and is very healthy. Tried other brands and they did not work as well.
