I love the color on this kettle! It looks great in my kitchen and works well. The whistle is a little quiet, but overall I am very happy with this kettle. I like how the handle feels to open the spout and the lid is a really nice, tight fit. The handle/knob on the lid also has a nice, ergonomic feel to it, making it easy to grip.

I like the tea kettle however there is a design flaw with the handle. The handle gets hit when you warm the water, the rubber part of the handle is ok but the metal part gets very hot. The area where the switch to open the whistling cap is in the metal part. I have to use a towel or pot holder to open the cap to pour the water. I'm not sure how long this kettle will last before it rusts.

This product is awful! I have an electric stove and barely used it since I purchased it, a little over a month back. It's now rusted inside and out. I can't believe it! My prior kettle, which I luckily kept, was cheaper than this and it lasted 7 years. I bought this new one because I wanted smth more beautiful and now I'm paying the price for it. This one's going in the trash, beautiful as it was, and I am going back to my old one. Buyer beaware!!!

Looks great on my stove

I love the look of this teapot. The red is dark and a tiny bit on the brown side, but for my kitchen that works very well and I think they also offer a brighter red. I like that you can flip open the spout from a lever on the handle. My last teapot didn’t do that and I missed it. The whistle wasn’t great, but as I washed it first and have only used it once, it may have had water in the spout cover which disables the whistle (I read this in their enclosed information). I wanted to write the review immediately because I am very happy with this teapot.
