How is it different from an electric cupping device?

The electric cupping device has more functions, automatic suction and release, and red light therapy, just like the HANGSUN electric cupping device I use now.

What's the difference from hangsun electric cupping massager ?

The Hangsun is more powerful, at least compared to this model, the Hangsun is more efficient at "massaging". In fact, Hangsun is almost the same as it, the only difference is the scientific suction setting, 7 levels of suction modes, suitable for different groups of people and scenarios, especially the one-button pressure release of Hangsun, which is very user-friendly.

Can you use lotion as well as oil to help with suction when you ues these cupping therapy sets?

You can but lotion contains water and any number of other ingredients. Water evaporates and/or soaks in reducing the glide and breaking the seal at the cup rim & skin. The other ingredients can build up “gunk & skin scum”... oil is just a whole lot easier. If this is personal use - not a therapist/patient situation the cups work great in the bath or shower with soap & water. Get wet, soap up, cup till you have to wet again.

Does anyone know about the HANGSUN Smart Cupper? What's the difference between these two?

Obviously the HANGSUN cupper is much more versatile and can be operated by one person. If your family has the time to help you with cupping, you can also choose this regular one, which works fine.
