Dark Self-Tan Drops, Face Tanning Drops, 1.01 Fl Oz

I’ve tried a lot of self-tanners, and these Tanologist Dark Self Tan Drops - Streak-Free Body & Face Tanning Drops are honestly one of the easiest to use. I love that you can just mix the drops into your regular moisturizer, so it doesn’t feel like a whole “tanning routine.” It blends really evenly and I didn’t get any streaks or weird patches, which is usually my biggest issue with self-tan. The color is actually really nice too—more of a natural, bronzy glow instead of that orange look. And I was pleasantly surprised that there’s basically no strong self-tanner smell. I used it on both my face and body, and it didn’t break me out or cling to dry spots, which is a huge plus. You can also control how dark you want to go depending on how many drops you use, so it’s pretty customizable. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THAT I CAN ADD THIS TO MY OWN LOTIONS AND FACE CREAMS. Only thing is, since it’s gradual, you won’t get super dark overnight—it builds over a couple uses. But for me, that actually makes it look more natural. Overall, super easy, low-maintenance, and great if you want a natural glow without the typical self-tanner stress. I’ll definitely keep using this.

It does exactly what it says. It’s going to do it gives you a dark tan. It takes a couple of hours for you to actually see but putting it on is pretty easy. Be sure to really wash your hands. I mean really really really wash your hands afterward. I washed my hands. I scrubbed them with a brush and washed them again, and my hands were still a nice shade of light brown yikes!

I actually really like these tanning drops, especially because the color is completely buildable and customizable. Since you mix the drops into your own moisturizer, you can control how light or dark you want your tan to be. If you’re new to self-tanning, I highly recommend starting with 4–6 drops and waiting a full 24 hours before deciding if you want to go darker. The more drops you use, the deeper the tan will develop. It takes about 4–6 hours to fully develop, and the biggest tip I can give is to mix the drops thoroughly with your moisturizer before applying. I used it on my face, arms, and the tops of my hands, and overall the finish looked smooth and natural with no streaks or blotchy patches. I did miss washing around my palm to wrist area, didn’t wash well enough, so I had a little color left there, but that was user error more than the product itself. I also love that I can use whatever moisturizer I already like instead of being stuck with a specific tanning lotion. The application felt very smooth for me, although I do think results may depend somewhat on the moisturizer you choose. The scent is what you’d expect from a tanning product — noticeable, but not overwhelming. I don’t love it, but I don’t hate it either. For around $20, I think this is a great value. Even though the bottle looks small, you only need a few drops each application, so I can see it lasting for months with regular weekly use. One thing I would recommend: don’t try this for the first time the day before a big event. Give yourself time to test how many drops work best for your skin tone and desired look. Overall, I think this is a great beginner-friendly self-tanner with very natural, buildable results.

This is a good tanning drop. You have to mix it with something. It is concentrated and I will say the light is very light. It practically gave me no color. The medium gave me some color so I’m gonna try the dark now, but I just found out after going through two bottles of it the more drops you use the more color you get so I may have been doing it too late, but I mix it with my facial moisturizer and put it on my face sometimes on my arms I don’t think it works as well on my body as it does my face. It’s really good for tanning my face. I haven’t broken out from it and I’m very prone to break out so I’m happy about that But for the price it’s really good and I like that I can mix it with whatever I’m putting on my face, I’m not putting double stuff on.

Wife's review: Love, love, love these drops!! I place bottle into jar so it won't tip over....put on my silicone gloves...put lotion into my hand and apply anywhere from 1 to 5 drops depending on body location. I bought MEDIUM drops and I am naturally olive complexion.. I use a drop or two in my face cream and a few drops for each of my limbs and trunk, etc DO NOT APPLY DIRECTLY TO SKIN.....mix with your favorite moisturizer! For darker tone, use daily...I usually apply every third day to maintain even color! Make sure to apply to armpits, neck, ears and surrounding areas plus hairline! I apply before bedtime and wake up tan! Takes about 6 to 8 hours to see results! Don't go overboard until you know how much you need! If you don't apply evenly, streaks could show and look orangy...so massage, massage, massage all-over your skin!

I like the color and ease of application, but it literally washes off the first shower or swim you take. Lasts maybe 2-3 days depending on how often you shower or swim

Awesome product! Needed something to tan my face as my body naturally tans faster and my skin regime tends to lighten my skin. I put a couple drops in my night-time moisturizer. In the morning the color has developed wonderfully. I like that you can choose how dark you want it to be by how many drops you use. The only thing I would caution is that it could cause problems with acne. I am not acne prone but have had a few bad pimples since I started using it, it seems to clog the pores a bit. Will be repurchasing.

Ok, I was skeptical about this stuff. I bought it because I read about it in a magazine but didn't really think it would work. Holy Moly!!! This stuff works!!! I use my own favorite lotion and mix in some drops (I do use a few more than the directions say to use). After a few days of using it, I actually look tan!!! I wish I had taken before and after pics to show but I really didn't think it would work so well. No smell, no weird sticky feeling, no transfer, natural looking color. I look like I went to the beach. Get this stuff!!!! I will definitely be buying more!

Very happy with the product. Good colour - I use it on my face, 4 drops. It has a very pleasant smell, not at all like the usual self tanning smell which I hate. Will definitely be getting more when needed.

3 gouttes plus un dé de crème de nuit et le lendemain très belle couleur de peau ! À faire un jour sur deux c’est super et plus besoin d’exposition au soleil…ce qui est bien pour la peau !

Habe schon einige Drops probiert, keine haben mich richtig überzeugt, aber die Tanologist Self–Tan Drops schon. Schöne Bräune, lang anhaltend.

Deja un bronceado natural, eso sí se aconseja antes ducharse bien y exfoliarse la piel, es preferible añadir poco e ir aumentando.
