Extremely sharp!

I bought this to cut meat and fish because you want to be able to cut them with just one stroke. That way you'll get a smooth cut without any jagged surface which is very important for meat and fish. I love how long the blade is. The extra long blade allows to cut with just one stroke. I love it. I bought a few more for me and as gifts!
